Heritage Christian College has welcomed fresh and continuing students to begin the 2017/2018 academic year. At the beginning of each academic year, the university dedicates a Sunday Worship Service to thank God for bringing continuing students back from vacation as well as praise God for the new students enrolled into the university.

For this October batch of admissions, over 70 students have enrolled to pursue various programmes in Theology, Information Technology and Business Administration and other professional programmes, among whom were 2 international students: a Nigerian and Cameroonian.

It was a joy to see the University Governing Council, Elders of the Oversight Congregation (Nsawam Road Church of Christ), Faculty, Administrators, Staff, Students, Parents and other Christian brothers and sisters join together to welcome the freshmen.

Speaking on the theme “Stepping Stones to Greatness”, the President of Heritage Christian College admonished the students to learn from the life of Joseph, son of Jacob in the Bible. He charged them to step on the stones of faith, hardwork, adversity, the favour of God, self-discipline, compassion for others and big dreams to reach greatness.
