Admission to Heritage is competitive, but the admission process is a personal one. Each application is reviewed holistically to understand the strength of each student’s academic preparation including their performance on final exams, counselor recommendations, and their personal career interests. We seek applicants from a variety of geographic, social, cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.
How to apply online
Our online application is simple and takes 5-7 minutes to fill. Keep handy your parents’ contact information, academic qualifications and program of interest. Applications that are complete and include a personal essay will be looked upon favorably.
Quick Steps to Purchase Admission OSN
For Ghanaian applicants, there are two options to buy admission form from HCU:
Using the USSD Direct Code (payment option – only mobile)
Dial the USSD short Code *789*300# on (all networks in Ghana) with any type of phone.
Follow the command prompts to obtain your Online Serial Number (OSN)
Once you’ve obtained your OSN, use it to create your account on the HCU admission website https://sis.hcu.edu.gh/admission
