Enrolment & Student Success Department

Dear wonderful HCC Students and Prospective Students,

The Enrollment and Students Success Department (ESSD) is proud of you for deciding to live your dream.  We stand ready to help. Our purpose is to facilitate, support, encourage and help students in their preparation and achievement of their life objectives and purpose in God’s kingdom, service to the church, family, community, and others we encounter.

We see you as an important member of the HCC community poised to cause positive change with your God-given talents. Do not limit your dream and imaginations. The ESSD team is at your disposal to help you succeed as our name suggests. Indeed, many of you may be confused and confronted with issues of diverse nature and weight. Some of you may have emotional, psychological, academic, and economic issues that make your future in school unclear.

I want you to know that together with my team and the Dean of Students, you are not alone. We can help with coordination with management, faculty, departments, and all the necessary resources that will be marshalled towards your success right from enrollment. Do not hesitate to share with us your experiences and concerns.

We will help you form a tailor-made solution. We can refer you to the appropriate office, unit, or person for a solution.  You may reach us via essd@hcuc.edu.gh  or +233 547 7777 31.

Your membership in the HCC community means a lot to us now and beyond. Keep dreaming big and attempt to build solutions for national development with a global mindset. We are challenged at times with opportunities, challenges, and disappointment with which we need someone to engage with and to find the way out.

Join us as we serve God in His Kingdom. You are needed by your world- be there!

Gladness
