Patricia Muah is an Assistant Lecturer who teaches Human Resource Management courses at the Department of Business Administration. She holds Master of Philosophy degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies both from the University of Ghana. She also holds NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Upon completion of her Master’s program, she worked with Radiance Petroleum Limited as Head of Human Resource Department. Before joining Heritage Christian College, she taught at Kings University College and Blue Crest as an adjunct lecturer. She also served as an Administrative Assistant at the Thesis Office of the University of Ghana Graduate School after her first degree.
Her research interest is in the area of health and safety management, compensation and benefits management and conflict management.
