Junior Staff Undergo Training

A communication skills training was held for junior staff of Heritage. The training aimed at enhancing their professional effectiveness and interpersonal interactions. The training covered key aspects such as active listening, clear and concise messaging, and effective public speaking. Through a combination of lectures, interactive activities, and role-playing exercises, participants gained practical insights into improving their communication techniques.
