Specializes in bringing new ways of working for efficiency and effectiveness. She joined the institution in 2022. A team player and a workaholic by nature. She holds a BSc. in Accounting, MBA in both Finance and Human Resource Management. She co-ordinates the activities of the various units under the General Administration.

The General Administration is one of the Units under the Registry and in charge of all the administrative work of the University. The Unit supports the Registrar with all operations needed for the smooth running of the university. The Unit handles all Committee meetings and liaises with the external clients on behalf of the University.

Mrs. Hannah Dei is a hardworking, disciplined and committed Human Resource person. She joined the institution in 2018.

She holds a BSc. in Human Resource Management and an MBA also in Human Resource Management.

The Human Resource Unit deals with issues concerning full-time and part-time faculty and staff.

Mrs. Victoria Dawutey
Estate and Janitorial Services

Mrs. Victoria Akua Dawutey is one of the pioneer staff of HCC. She joined the College during its early stages and has worked diligently in various units, serving the needs of the University. She is very dedicated and task oriented young lady and currently an Administrative Assistant and Acting Estate Officer of the Unit.

She holds a first degree in Human Resource Management from Heritage Christian College and an MA in Organizational Leadership and Governance from University of Ghana Legon. The Unit handles the following:

  • Inspection of hostels and other facilities of HCC on a regular basis to ensure they are in good shape.
  • Ensuring maintenance of the facilities & properties of HCC
  • Supervising and assigning of janitors, full-time and part-time.
  • Collection of hostel fees and lodgment with the Accounts Office.
  • General Housekeeping

HCC Security is a vibrant team of young men and women poised to care for the safety and security of property, students and fellow staff members. Other duties include: –

  • Ensuring safety in and around the HCC Community
  • Ensuring continuous security and monitoring of our facilities
  • Protection of life and property
  • Reduction of theft and wastage

The transport unit is currently managed by the Assistant Registrar (General Administration) Ms. Regina Ohui Osabutey. The Unit ensures that transportation for official duties of the University College is taken care of swiftly and promptly. Other services include: –

  • Ensuring all vehicles are road worthy
  • Keeping track of all University vehicles
  • Allocating vehicles for official uses
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance of all vehicles

Ensuring that authorized employees handle university vehicles with care.
