My lecturers in the theology department were all up to task! I was continually enlightened in my classes, and the coursework is relevant not only for academic scholarship but also for ministerial formation. But more than that, what makes HCC special is the respectful and warm relationship between the faculty and students. The lecturers treat students with a sense of maturity and instill these traits in many of us. I am proud that I was the first female to graduate in the department—I even received First Class honors and graduated second overall in my entire class!
