Faculty of Heritage have undergone training on Pedagogy and Assessment.
The workshop was facilitated by Prof. Megan Brown, a distinguished visiting professor from the United States. The objective of the training was to enhance the teaching effectiveness and assessment practices of faculty members.
Additionally, Prof. Brown provided insights into using rubrics for providing constructive feedback and fostering student self-assessment. The sessions encouraged reflective practice among faculty members, enabling them to explore ways to teach and assess students more effectively.
