The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) is a rigorous undergraduate program that provides students with technical and soft skills necessary for success in the ever-evolving field of information technology.
The program is carefully designed to cover various topics, including computer programming, database management, web development, network administration, cybersecurity, software engineering, data science among others. In addition to technical skills, the program also emphasizes the development of soft skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Admission to HCC is competitive, but the admission process is a personal one. Each application is reviewed holistically to understand the strength of each student’s academic preparation including their performance on final exams, counselor recommendations, and their personal career interests. We seek applicants from a variety of geographic, social, cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.
