Adeiso in the Eastern region. They were trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Total Quality Management.

The program was to help the supervisors of the company to address quality issues in their production processes.  The 2-day training was facilitated by Prof. Ernest Ekow Abano, an Associate Professor of the School of Agriculture at UCC and an expert in fruit processing and food science.
