The Board is the executive body of a Center. The Board is responsible to formulate policies for the Center and to
- Establish appropriate structures for the effective and efficient execution of the objects of CEPE
- Review and approve business plans and ideas of students, faculty and other employees of HCC without bias
- Raise funding for the programs of the Center
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure judicious use of funds.
