MEET THE CAREER COACHES 
 
1. ERIC EDEM DAMANKA
Eric Edem Damanka is the Group Head of Talent (HR) at BTL Africa
(www.btlafrica.com), an international marketing company which undertakes branding and marketing for brands such as Shell, Standard Chartered Bank, Multichoice Africa(DSTV), British Council, Vodafone and VGMA, Twitter, Vivo Energy, Nestlé Ghana, GT Bank, Unicef etc. Edem also worked with L’AINE Services Limited (a recruitment agency), The University of Ghana Business School and the HuD Group in the past. He earned an MPhil in HR from the University of Ghana (Business School) and, B.A. Sociology with Political Science from the same University of Ghana. Edem is the founder and President of DreamsAfrica (www.dreamsafrica.org),  a youth leadership and mentoring organisation with a strategic vision to “Mentor savvy leaders, and to deploy talents and ideas for godly influence in the marketplace. “
He is married with twin daughters.
 
2. JANET EMEFA AGBEDOR
Janet Emefa Agbedor is a bespoke writer with formidable expertise in CV preparation, Business Plan and Pitch Deck Writing. Her niche and experience span across the Oil and Gas sector, Financial Services,Telecommunications and the Education Sectors. She brings value to Graduates, MSME’s and C-suite Executives on top of their fields through her firm, TEC Optimal. She is on a mission to help tackle the disconnect between job seekers and the job market by providing the requisite tools and strategy job seekers need to leverage on in order to gain the requisite traction. She has also established herself as a Bonafide in Business, Graduate Suppport and Career Consultancy and very passionate about helping corporate entities develop strong brands. Her leading goal is to make practical and definable contributions to
individuals, corporations, and small and medium sized companies to achieve end-to-end business goals.
 
3. EMMANUEL JOHNSON AMABLE 
Emmanuel is the Director of Shield Technology, a Fire Safety and Protection company (www.shieldtechghana.com) that serves clients such as Geological Survey Department, Korlebu Nursing School, Ghana Education Service, 
 Local Government Authority, Lincoln Community School, GLICO, hotels etc. 
He is also a business coach to start-up firms. He holds Mphil Economics from the University of Ghana Bachelor’s degree  in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. He is married with two boys.
 
4. ERICA AKOSUA OKYERE
Erica is the Managing Director of Naica Group of Companies which is into transportation, boutique, production of food products etc. She also manages The Mirror Images Events company which is into events management and planning as well as catering services.
She is a banker at the Customer Management Unit of Absa Bank where she has worked for 9 years. She is a student at Heritage Christian College and is married.
