A three-day Microsoft Office Master Class training was held at HCC in an effort to improve the digital proficiency of administrative staff of the university. This was set to give attendees cutting-edge knowledge and useful tips for maximising the effectiveness and productivity in using Microsoft Office suite.
The training, which was led by Gabriel Addai Duah, a certified Microsoft trainer and a consultant at Eteach Consult, covered a wide range of topics, including advance level Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Participants gained knowledge on how to streamline document creation and formatting, master complex data analysis, visualization techniques, and create impactful presentations. This interactive workshop promoted a cooperative learning atmosphere by enabling the administrative staff to discuss best practises, exchange ideas, and acquire practical experience through exercises.
